Kounou Sabine, a councilor of the Municipality of Kentzou in Kadey, East region, has died after a snake bite.
The news was made public by the Mayor of Kentzou, who noted that the CPDM Municipal Councilor who doubled as the wife of His Majesty the Chief of Kentzou, died on Wednesday, June 8th, 2022.
She died at the Kentzou District Medical Center where she was being treated following the snake bite.
Family, friends, and colleagues have since been sending condolence messages and words of comfort to the family of the deceased.
