Jean Nkuete, Secretary General of the Cameroons People Democratic Movement, CPDM, has described other candidates vying for post of president in the October 7, 2018 election as unpopular in the political terrain.

The CPDM scribe told scores of party officials and supporters today that the 8 contenders are only known on TV but far away from the population.

He was speaking at the Bamenda Congress Hall while listing the achievements of Paul Biya whom he described as the most experienced candidate in the ongoing race to Etoudi.

The CPDM has been carrying out door-to-door campaigns after the party launched its campaign on September 22, 2018 by Philemon Yang at the Congress Hall. The PM who has been in Bamenda for days has not held a single public rally due to the unstable socio-political atmosphere in the region.

Today’s delegation led by Jean Nkuete brings to 3 the number of CPDM delegations that have visited the regional headquarter, Bamenda, since the start of campaigns for the October 7th presidential elections.
