Cynthia Fiagan pleads not guilty to indecent exposure

18-year-old Cynthia Fiagan has pleaded not guilty to indecent exposure.

Cynthia Fiagan, on August 7, 2022, was presented before the Yaoundé Court of First Instance.

The 18-year-old is being prosecuted for public contempt of morals, obscene publications, and contempt of decency.

Ms. Fiagan has been behind bars in the Yaoundé Central Prison, for the past two months after videos of her nudity made the rounds on social media on several occasions.

The documents provided by the public prosecutor, in this case, have remained questionable after Cynthia pleaded not guilty.

The trial was, however, adjourned for September 21, 2022.
