At least three Cameroonian soldiers have been killed in Jakiri, Bui Division, North West Region by gunmen, suspected to be separatist fighters. The attack took place at the security post inside the Jakiri Main Market.


A video of a student and teacher exchanging blows has gone viral on social media. The incident was recorded at the Government Technical High School, Bamenda. It is one of many confirmations of the marked increased violence in schools, with teachers coming under constant attacks from their students.


The Cameroonian military has freed 6 Hostages from Boko Haram captivity in the Far North Region. They were also able to recover some stolen ammunition and military material from the Boko Haram terrorists during the operation.


A Cameroonian Start-up has won the third prize at the launch of the HealthTech Hub in Kigali, Rwanda. The start-up called “Klarah” is a virtual care platform that helps healthcare experts in the diaspora to provide quality healthcare to their home countries.


Incumbent FECAFOOT President, Seidou Mbombo Njoya has officially scheduled the body’s General Assembly at the Mont Febe Hotel on December 11, 2021. The FECAFOOT presidential elections are expected to hold during the General Assembly with him and Samuel Eto’o Fils as front runners for the position.
