Bamenda: Driver narrowly escapes death in Mile 6 Nkwen

A driver plying the Bamenda- Bambili road has narrowly escaped death after he dashed into a swamp around Mawa Hotel in the Mile 6 neighborhood.

The driver was alone in the vehicle when he lost control of the vehicle only to find himself in the swamp.

The driver sustained minor injuries. Many have blamed the accident on overspeeding which is a course of concern on that road.

Last academic year, a year one student of Geography of the University of Bamenda died in an accident just around that area.
