At least 10,000 contraband mobile phones have been impounded by Customs officers in Garoua, North Region of Cameroon. The goods were seized on transit to Ngaoundéré in the Adamawa Region.




Residents of Bomaka and Mile 17 neighborhoods in Buea have complained of a prolonged blackout in the area. Bomaka and Mile 17 are situated kilometres away from the town of Buea. The University of Bamenda community has called on the Ministry of Economy, Planning, and Regional Development to integrate the University’s development challenges into the national development strategy. The appeal was made on Wednesday in Bamenda during the maiden visit of the Minister Delegate at the Ministry of Economy, Planning, and Regional Development, Paul Tasong to the institution.
