Douala: 9-year-old pushed from third-floor school building to be buried today

The remains of Sandjong, a 9-year-old pupil who was mistakenly pushed from the third floor of her school is set to be laid to rest today.

Wailing and distressed family members of the little girl had her corpse removed from the Laquintinie Hospital Mortuary yesterday Friday, with the burial to take place today Saturday, June 19.

The scenes at the hospital mortuary were a pitiful sight, with teachers of her school and her fellow classmates present at the morgue to partake in the removal of the corpse before it was transported to the village.
