An unidentified crossdresser has been arrested and detained after attempting to steal a car from a ‘suitor.’

The incident occurred Thursday, July 6, 2023, in Bepanda neighborhood Douala, Littoral Region of Cameroon.

Reports say the crossdresser later discovered to be a man in female garment posed as a sex worker and was picked by a man for leisure.

“He was wearing a ‘kaba’ dress and braided wig” according to eyewitness accounts.

After sealing a leisure deal with the car owner, he entered the car and they drove off.

“While on their way to a leisure joint, MMI gathered, ” the man reportedly stopped by the road to buy condoms. It was at that moment that the crossdresser took advantage of his absence and took off with the car,”

Upon coming back, his car with the hired suitor were nowhere to be found.

He raised an alarm which led to the crossdresser being trailed and caught by the local population.

He was beaten, stripped naked and discovered to be a man with a ‘rod’ between his two legs, according to viral video making rounds on social media.

The crossdresser is currently under police investigation on charges of theft and impersonation.
