Douala Grand Mall: Security guard rewarded for rescuing baby

Pempeme Kuitnjem Abdel Ramane, a security guard who saved a falling child a few days ago at the Douala Grand Mall in the Littoral Region has been rewarded for diligence and presence of mind while on duty.

The agent received recognition from the administration of the Douala Grand Mall on the morning of Friday, October 21, 2022.

In a post on its official Facebook page, the Douala Grand Mall appreciated the actions of the security guard, indicating that, “A certificate of appreciation, vouchers, and gadgets were presented to him by the management of the mall.”

They added, “Carrefour Market, Mapamba Grill, Le Passion Perfume, Foodsquare, and L&A parapharmacie brands, also rewarded the man of the day.”

A good number of Cameroonians have equally appreciated the man’s vigilance and focus while on duty and have termed his action “heroic”.
