The chief executive officer of Eden Media Group, Chief Zachee Nzonhngadembou is no more.
Reports say he died last night in India, after an unsuccessful operation.
The passing of the media guru who has trained several media professionals has left no one indifferent.
“I owe him immense gratitude for giving me the platform to start my career as a journalist back in 2010. May the heavens be open to his soul!” said Ayang MacDonald.
Larry Esong, publisher of the Scoop newspaper also reacted to his demise saying: “Too sudden chief, My heart bleeds, Mentor.”
” I came to know Chief Ngandembou in person in 2013 while serving as Buea Bureau Chief of The Star newspaper. He was an exceptional professional. His editorials were usually mind-blowing. Chief Ngandembou was pillar in the media sector. A baobab tree has fallen. He will be greatly missed. May his soul rest in peace” said Mua Patrick.
