Fallen aluminum electric pole puts lives at risk at Douala International Airport’s parking lot.

By David Atangana

A fallen aluminum electric pole has been abandoned at the parking lot of the Douala International Airport.

The pole has not been taken away since it collapsed weeks ago.

Users of the airport say the position of the pole poses a risk to the lives of many.

“This is the Douala international airport parking and here is the aluminum pilar supporting the parking’s security lights,” a source told MMI.

According to our source, “It was replaced some four months ago but this trap was abandoned as you can see.”

The fallen pole is being sustained by some wooden objects posing a risk to the lives of users.

“When the wood supporting it finally collapses and kill Cameroonians, that is when we will see ministers coming for missions,” lamented our source.
