Far North Region: Six Die In Two Boko Haram Attacks

At least 6 civilians have been killed by Boko Haram terrorists in 2 separate attacks in the Far North Region of Cameroon this week.

The first invasion from the terrorists happened on Monday night breaking Tuesday at the Gaboua village, located in the Mayo Sava Division.

Far North Regional Governor Midjiyawa Bakari said the attack left 4 persons dead, and several others injured. Homes were vandalized, and foot stuff looted by the terrorists.

Another separate attack was also carried out on Monday evening at about 11 pm in the Kothserethe Village in the Mayo Sava which led to the death of 2 civilians.

Troops in the Far North Region have been placed on high alert in the wake of these multiplied attacks from the terrorists.
