FECAFOOT: Seidou Mbombo Njoya stays in charge despite CAS verdict

Seidou Mbombo Njoya, President of Cameroon Football Federation, FECAFOOT, has visited the Intermediate Lions a few hours to their crucial match against Burkina Faso Sunday, this January 24th, 2021.

He encourages the boys of coach Martin Ndtougho Mpile to give in their best to ensure victory.

This is one of his rare visits to the den since the Court of Arbitration for Sports, CAS, canceled the entire electoral process that brought him to office.

Since then, a group of people who identify themselves as club presidents in Cameroon has been to FECAFOOT headquarters in Yaounde three times asking Seidou Mbombo Njoya to respect the verdict of the Court of Arbitration for Sports (CAS) and quit office.

According to a declaration by Akoah Domingo, spokesman of the club presidents, Seidou Mbombo Njoya’s stay at the helm of FECAFOOT after the verdict of CAS is illegal.
