The Cameroon Football Federation has announced the termination of its partnership contract with the company, “Le Coq sportif”
The information was contained in a press release signed by FECAFOOT President, Samuel Eto’o, today Friday July 1, 2022.
The decision according to the release will take effect after the organization of the 2022 Women’s Africa Cup of Nations set to run from tomorrow to July 23.
“The President of FECAFOOT intends to explore as soon as possible, the avenues of a new collaboration with an equipment manufacturer respectful of its commitments and proud to associate its image with the label of the national football teams of Cameroon” he noted.
Coq sportif replaced Puma in the year 2019, a move which according to many was done under unclear circumstances.
