Fire ravages pharmacy, shops in Bambili

At least ten shops, including a pharmacy has been ravaged by a fire in Bambili, Tubah sub division of the North West region.

The incident occurred in the three corners neighborhood of Bambili.

The fire reportedly broke out in the late hours of Sunday July 3, 2022 at 11pm.

Firefighters were immediately deployed to the scene.

They however arrived the scene late, but were able to successfully put out the fire, stopping it from spreading to other facilities.

We gathered that goods worth over 500 million FCFA were destroyed in the fire incident.

The cause of the fire is however yet to be established.
