Former MP blames crises in Cameroon on failures of lawmakers

Opposition politician, Jean Jacques Ekindi has said the chaos in Cameroon today is a clear indication that law makers in parliament have failed to deliver and thus the need to get new people into parliament.

The 2020 parliamentary candidate in Wouri Centre under the Progressive Movement party, MP has not stated clearly how voting will be a reality in the anglophone regions hit by insecurity.

However, commentators have been questioning what change did he bring while he served as people’s representatives at the National Assembly in Cameroon from 2007 to 2013.

In 2018, Jean Jacques Ekindi said Paul Biya was the ideal ‘game changer’ in the country to the dismay of many who idolized the ‘opposition figure’ in him for years.
