After adjourning her case for today December 9th, the Buea Court of Appeal has yet again pushed Antoinette Kongnso’s case to December 15, 2021.
This adjournment was pronounced moments after a short hearing, during which her defense counsel pressed for her to be released on bail.
During the short hearing at the Appeal Court, the defense counsel argued that the warrant to remand Antoinette Kongnso for six months until April 2022, is illegal, unjust, and unlawful, considering the circumstances of her arrest and her present motherly condition.
The defense counsel in the above regard demanded that the remand warrant be canceled.
