Bamenda marked National Day with a large public gathering at the Commercial Avenue ceremonial ground, in an event presided over by the Governor of the North West Region, Adolphe Lele Lafrique.
The celebrations, held under heightened security measures, included a military parade, a motorized display by security forces, and a civilian march involving schools from the Bamenda I, II, and III subdivisions.
The occasion attracted a significant turnout from the local population, with attendees observing the processions and formal displays.
