Indomitable Lions’ goalkeeper André Onana resigns from the squad for good

Indomitable Lions’ goalkeeper André Onana has announced his definite departure from the Cameroon National Football Team.

He made the decision public via a statement this Friday, MMI has learned.

Andre Onana who was recently accused of indiscipline during the just ended world cup says he is now “a fan of the Cameroon football team like everyone else.”

He was recently suspended from the world cup by head coach, Rigobert Song.

Following his departure, Cameroon went on to secure a draw against Serbia and a historic win against Brazil.

Onana’s replacement, Epassy, was awarded man of the match for his outstanding performance during the encounter with Brazil.
