A Bamenda based lawyer has just regained his freedom after being held for hours today.
The lawyer, Tambuh Tansinda MMI gathered, was locked up by a police Commissioner- Malucha Walters for going to defend a client said to be indebted to the commissioner’s brother.
Mr Tambuh “only regained his liberty a few minutes ago after the intervention of the Batonier’s representative and the Attorney General for the North West Region” sources say.
