A lawyer by name Pertini Sango has slumped and died during a court session in Kribi, South Region of Cameroon.
The lawyer, who according to reports felt unwell before the court session, collapsed while rendering his speech.
According to an eyewitness, “Sango Pertini arrived in Kribi… to assist his client. At the time of his speech, he lost consciousness and collapsed.”
He added that “Urgently transported to Kribi hospital, the situation only went from bad to worse. When alerting the members of the council of the order to find an ambulance for his transfer to Douala, Me Sango gave up the ghost.”
Reports from medical officials however had it that the lawyer suffered from a heart attack which caused his sudden demise.
Pertini Sango was an international lawyer and a legal expert in Insurance and a development economist at the Court of Douala.
