Littoral: Two Adults go missing in Souza

Some two women have reportedly gone missing in Souza, Douala Littoral region of Cameroon, MMI has gathered.

Etchu Victorine Mbua, age 47, and Morika Imilia, age 23, according to close sources have not been seen since June 1, 2023, with their telephone lines unreachable.

“They went to withdraw money from Momo and did not come back. Their numbers were going through till midnight last night that the two phones were switched off,” Tebeck Jean Mbah, Victorine’s fiance told MMI.

Morika, the younger woman is a sales girl in a bar operated in Souza by Victorine and her brother.

Circumstances leading to their disappearance have been described by close relations as ‘disturbing’.

Security forces according to the fiance have been notified and a plea to the population to reach the family on 680756176 if they are seen anywhere.
