Man falls off accomplice’s bike after snatching woman’s bag in Douala

A man is said to have fallen off his accomplice’s motor bike after snatching a woman’s handbag and attempting to run.

The incident occurred in the Makepe neighborhood in Douala.

It reportedly took place in the night of Thursday, July 21, 2022.

The young lady was said to be on the phone by the roadside when she was attacked by the handbag snatchers.

According to their plans, they were to snatch the valuables and vamoose with the use of the bike after successfully carrying out the said mission.

However, things rather turned sour for one of the robbers who unfortunately ended up on the ground, at the mercy of the population.

When interrogated, the young man claimed he was just a passenger on the bike and had no idea of the rider’s identity or plans.

An excuse that seemed not to made sense in the ears of the population.

He was brutally battered by the latter who later handed him over to the forces of law and order.
