Man specialised in stealing roofing sheets apprehended in Nkongsamba

A man by name Paulo, said to be specialized in the theft of corrugated roofing sheets has been apprehended by the population in Nkongsamba, Littoral Region of Cameroon.

According to reports, he had been carrying out the said activity for the past 12 years without being being caught.

One of his latest victims, the owner of a house reportedly decided to spend the night in a bush by the structure, so he could witness for himself what the locals had termed “supernatural phenomenon”.

It is through this medium that he is said to have caught Paulo red-handed on the roof.

When interrogated, Paulo justified his presence on the roof by indicating that he was simply harvesting mangoes when his stone suddenly projected one of them on the roof, forcing him to climb for it.

The owner however alerted the locals who later on handed the suspect over to the forces of law and order.
