Mbalmayo: Atleast four die following poisoning of VIP table during buffet

At least four persons are said to have died after a VIP table was poisoned during a buffet in Mbalmayo, Centre region of Cameroon.

According to reports, someone discreetly poisoned the meal on the table which took the lives of those who ate from it.

Among the victims was a photographer by name Louis Marie Nya who went to the event for coverage.

Ignorant of the malicious plans of the killer, Louis Marie found himself eating on the said VIP table, after which he slumped and died.

“The guests at this table died in turn, including the poor cameraman!” a source indicated.

It is however alleged the culprit was later apprehended by the population. No official source has confirmed his supposed arrest yet.
