Meet Mrs Michel Ndoki, The Lawyer Who Startled Constitutional Council Judges

The Constitutional Council for the first time, is examining presidential election litigations filed by disgruntled parties and candidates who took part in the election.

The Eleven-Man Team led by Clement Atangana suddenly adjourned today’s hearing when the Cameroon Renaissance Movement party was presenting proofs of electoral fraud and irregularities observed in Cameroon on Polling day.

Mrs Michel Ndoki who took the floor after Barrister Akere Muna to defend her client, Prof. Maurice Kamto, presented documents attesting massive vote rigging in over 100 council areas in the Far North, South, North West, South West, North and Adamawa Regions.

According to Michel Ndoki, soldiers without voters cards were allowed to vote, ballot boxes confiscated, CRM representatives denied access into polling stations and vote counting process, fake polling stations created, some polling result incoherent with the number of registers voters….
Mrs Ndoki’s presentation which lasted for closed to an hour has left Cameroonians at home and abroad in dismay especially after a constitutional council member qualified her as a liar during the hearing.

“Let the world see how talented Cameroonians are…this lady has exhibited the intelligence and bravery of many Cameroonians who are today governed by a regime for closed to Four decades….it is time for the younger generation to be given a chance….” followers of the hearing reacted on social media.

Who Is Michel Ndoki?

Mrs Michel Ndoki was born on March 1 1973 (45years)

She is a member of the Cameroon Bar Council who just made it in the 2018 entrance Examination into the Cameroon Bar.

Michel Ndoki is Vice President, Incharge of Women Affairs in the Cameroon Renaissance Movement CRM party, the Federal Divisional Secretary of the CRM in the Douala 1 Council Area.
She was also supervisor of the October 7th presidential election for the Cameroon Renaissance Movement party in Douala 1.

Michel Ndoki had been into advocacy, gender promotion and empowerment for over One and half decade now.

She joined the ranks of the CRM after resigning from the CPP in 2016.
She is married and a mother.
