MRC scouting more militants nationwide ahead of multiple elections

The Cameroon Renaissance Movement, MRC is registering new militants at Deido Douala today Saturday October 26th 2019.

The exercise is to swell the number of militants in preparation for any eventual elections in Cameroon.

Weeks after the release of key leaders of the party, some officials of the party say there is a growing desire by some Cameroonians to be holders of the party’s membership card.

Cameroon Renaissance Movement for one year has been challenging the victory of President Paul Biya of the Cameroon People Democratic Movement during October 2018 presidential election.

Protests against electoral hold up that landed top leaders of of the party in jail for close to nine months.

Political commentators have questioned why the MRC party is in another quest for election when nothing has been done to ameliorate the electoral code.
