Security forces today used teargas to disperse protesters at the office of the governor of the Littoral region. They had assembled there to decry the non-payment of what is owed them after their services rendered at the last Africa Cup of Nations tournament. Officials have remained mute over the showdown.

The fourth phase of vaccination against the COVID-19 pandemic in Cameroon is on course. It targets all those aged above 18. Minister Dr Manaouda Malachie revealed that those being prioritized however, are citizens aged 50 and above.

Four children from the same parents have been confirmed dead in Batouri, Kadey division in the East Region after consuming food mixed with rat poison. The food was allegedly kept by their father targeting rats . The kids were rushed to the hospital by neighbors, but could not surive.



Information from the Minister of Public Health Minister Dr. Manaouda Malachie says the fourth phase of the vaccination against the Coronavirus has begun. The targeted age group according to the Minister will be those from at least 18 years, and persons aged 50 and above.
