A Child Care Development organization based in the locality of Soa in Yaounde has distributed basic household items to old people in the area.
The exercise was carried out on November 14.
During the donation exercise, the organisation handed out items including soap, detergents and tooth paste.
The group said the exercise was intended ” to meet abandoned old people for one reason or the other , for us to extend our hand of fellowship with them”
