The Indigenous People of Biafra have created a new government in the Igbo Land in Nigeria that is expected to take their secessionist agenda to the next level.
The initiative headed by Asari Dokubo is amongst other things expected to stand up to the Federal Government of Nigeria and negotiate their way out of the Federal Republic to an independent nation, a movement that has lasted now for several decades.

Amongst a host of countries which helped to suppress the movement in Nigeria back then was the Federal Republic of Cameroon led by President Ahmadou Ahidjo.
