NW Penitentiary Administration boss, others to be buried May 6

The burial programme of late General Kigha Theodore Kume, the deceased North West Penitentiary Administration delegate is now known.



A program released by the family has set 6th May 2022 for the burial to take in Bamenda.

The late senior prison administrator was killed on April 12, 2022 alongside three subordinates in an attack by suspected armed separatists.



The attack took place in Kikaikelaki,in Bui division of the North West region.

He was returning from an official duty in Nkambe.



North West administration blamed the death of General Kigha Theodore on negligence of security advice .

According to the funeral program,a wake service will take place at his Bamenda upstation residence on May 5th followed by a funeral mass on May 6th at the Bamenda metropolitan cathedral Big Mankon where burial shall take place thereafter.



General Kigha Theodore Kume was born in 1970 and met his untimely death on 12th April 2022.
