Patient In Critical Condition ‘Chased’ From Douala General Hospital

The family of a woman in her late 60s is accusing officials of the Douala General Hospital of negligence and attempts to chase away their sick Mother out of the hospital.
According her son who spoke to senior journalist Charles Cacharel Nga Nforgang in Douala, an official asked her Mother to leave because her health situation has ironically degraded since she came to the hospital some three days ago.

Her family, the son says is shocked by the decision, and wonders where they could take their sick mother to, if finally chased from a referral hospital by people who called to save lives. Hospital management is yet to react.
