A bread seller whose name MMI could not immediately get has been knocked to death in Mbouda, Bamboutos division of the West region.
He was knocked down Sunday July 10, 2022 by a public transport bus.
Eyewitness account state that he was trying to sell bread to passengers onboard the transport bus on transit from Yaounde to Bamenda, when he was crushed.
“He was crushed at Mbouda market square by a bus that was transporting Passengers from Yaounde to Bamenda” an eye witness told MMI.
“This guy was a bread seller. When the vehicle stopped to drop a passenger, he tried to get into the bus to sell bread”, the eye witness added, narrating that “in the course of struggling to get into the bus to sell bread, he was pushed by another colleague. He fell down and was crushed by the driver who was unaware”
He is said to have died on the spot.
