Unlike their counterparts across the country, pupils of Government Practising School, GPS, Ekombe in the South West region of Cameroon are yet to resume classes for the 2020/2021 academic year.

“As I am talking to you now, admission is ongoing in GPS Ekombe as a community school,” a local told this platform.
Lessons have been grounded in the area since the start of the Anglophone crisis in 2016.
