Qatar2022: Ronaldinho Apprehensive Of Indomitable Lion’s Threat

Former Barcelona FC player, Ronaldinho Gaucho who himself had tasted firsthand Cameroon’s footballing prowess has warned his nation, Brazil to beware of another upset in the upcoming World Cup in Qatar.

Ronaldinho who formed part of the star-studded Brazilian team that was knocked out by the indomitable lions in the 2000 Sidney Olympics thinks the Lions can still do it.

“I respect all the teams that are in our World Cup group. but I think Cameroon has a squad to be wary of,” he warned in an interview with a Brazilian media.

“… certainly we are 1st in world ranking but what I know is that Cameroon never plays a game to lose… They are always there to create a surprise and to upset the big footballing teams,” Ronaldinho said.

The Indomitable Lions of Cameroon will be meeting with the Selecaos of Brazil for the third time ever at the FIFA World Cup. The last two previous meetings ended in defeats for the Lions, who will be hoping to prove their worth this time around in Qatar.
