Romeo Dika summoned after resigning from CPDM

Romeo Dika’s fight against the regime is obviously going down the slope as he has been summoned to judicial police.

The musician has been issued a summon to appear before the judicial police tomorrow October 22, 2020.

It is still largely unclear why the musician has been summoned to appear before the police.

It is however being widely speculated that his summoning has everything to do with his divorce with the CPDM party.

The famous musician spectacularly launched a tirade of claims against the CPDM party and it’s president, Paul Biya last month.

Louise Doumbe Romeo Dika famously claimed the CPDM party was owing him unpaid benefits of close to 96 million FCFA due to his over 16 years of service to the ruling party.

He also claimed that president Biya was unfit to rule the country and that Maurice Kamto of the MRC party would make a better president than him.

His criticism of the president prompted quick responses from regime supporters like Gregoire Owona who said all what Romeo Dika was doing was to spread hate and falsehood.

His ex-wife, Chantal Ayissi too came with her own fair share of criticism of Romeo Dika, saying he was hitting the finger that fed him. She called Romeo Dika an opportunist who sponged off others fortunes, infamously stating that it was she who had brought Romeo Dika to Yaounde and made him what he has become today.
