Sacrilege! Girl Raped, Killed, Mutilated in Edea

An atmosphere of terror and tension currently reigns in Nyamsson III Village situated in Edea, in the Sanaga Maritime as the shocking news of a girl who was raped, killed, and had her body parts mutilated has kept the population in utter shock and disbelief.

According to credible sources, the victim, Nadege Tchouboum, was returning home with a bundle of firewood which she had fetched from the environs.

On her way home, Nadege met face-to-face with a boy called Dilane Abeb of that same village. The aggressor intimidated the girl and threatened her for fetching wood from his fields.

After exchanging words, the boy knocked Nadege to the ground, he then proceeded to rape the girl, then killed her. He did not stop there as he went ahead to extract the dead girl’s eyes from her head.

An investigation, meanwhile, has been opened by the Gendarmerie to establish the full story and the reason for the boy’s actions.

In the meantime, the girl’s corpse has been kept at a mortuary and the aggressor detained by the forces of law and order.
