Salatiel hints mind-blowing collaboration with Dipanda in new album

Salatiel, a Cameroonian artist, is preparing to release his second album. He has hinted about a mind-blowing collaboration with Charlotte Dipanda.

Salatiel, one of Cameroon’s popular artists, is planning to release his second album. The much-anticipated album will be unveiled on November 3rd.

Its introductory single, titled “Closer,” features Charlotte Dipanda, an award-winning singer, and ‘The Voice Afrique’ jury.

Salatiel, whose real name is Salatiel Livenja Bessong, has already teased the album on social media. He has also shared the cover art of one of the singles from the album.

This is not the first time Salatiel and Dipnada have worked together, but it seems the latest album will be lit. Some fans have been keen to react after watching a snippet of the ‘Closer’.

Dipanda is one of Cameroon’s most successful and talented female artists. She gained global recognition for her powerful vocals and her ability to connect with her audience. On the other hand, Salatiel is known for his innovative production and his ability to blend different genres of music (Afrobeats, R&B, and Cameroon music genres).

Salatiel Livenja Bessong was born on December 26, 1987. He is popularly known as Salatiel and “High man general”. He is a multi-award-winning Cameroonian Music executive and serves as the CEO of Alpha Better records, which is based in Cameroon. He featured on Beyoncé’s The Lion King: The Gift Album in 2019, revealing him to an international audience with the track “Water.”

In 2021, Salatiel released his first full-length album titled “Africa Represented,” which blended African rhythm and reggae dancehall. He has not yet revealed the name of his second album. Both the local and international levels massively appreciated the album, especially due to the bunch of collaborations it carried.

Fans anticipate the release of “Closer” and are hoping that the whole album itself will be mind-blowing.
