Amateur pictures from the indomitable Lions training camp in Qatar have captured FECAFOOT president Samuel Eto’o Fils taking part in training sessions, ahead of the team’s encounter on Thursday.
The training maybe the last time the Lions will get some tactical drills ahead of their opening group game against Switzerland on November 24, 2022 in Qatar.
The image immediately springs to mind a similar move done by Samuel Eto’o when Cameroon traveled to Blida, in Algeria for one of Cameroon’s most iconic matches in recent memory.
Samuel Eto’o has always maintained that the Indomitable Lions, unlike with previous tournaments, will travel to Qatar to compete.
He has also ensured that previous demons that have often haunted the camp like bonuses, and disunity amongst the players be a thing of the past.
Just like in Blida, the hope from all Cameroonian is for Samuel Eto’o to use his experience and tactical knowledge to help the Lions and coach Rigobert Song attain their objective in Qatar.
