SDF Shadow Minister Confirms Fru Ndi’s Abduction

The Shadow Cabinet Minister of the SDF incharge of Information and Media has confirmed the kidnapping of the party’s chairman this Friday June 28, 2019.

“It was at 3:30pm that the unidentified kidnappers stormed the Chairman’s residence in Ntarinkon and shot the guard on duty. As the Chairman stepped out to find out what was happening, he was abducted and taken to an unknown destination…”
Jean Robert Wafo said in a statement.

Injured Guard Of Ni John Fru Ndi In Hospital

The SDF chairman was kidnapped exactly two months ago in Wainana, a locality in Bui Division North West Region of Cameroon as he led a convoy transporting the remains of Honorable Joseph Banadzem for burial.

He was released few hours after.
