Security Operative on the run after shooting young boy to death in Douala

A young boy whose name we got as Djomgoue Sharon has been shot to death in Douala, Cameroon’s Economic Capital.

The young man was killed by a Security Operative in the area.

MMI gathered that on the evening of December 31, 2022, the young boy went out alongside some friends to have fun when the tragic incident occurred.

“They had barely installed themselves at the location, when a fight broke out near the place where Djomgoue was, thus inciting his curiosity. Upon arrival at the scene he will become the target of three shots fired by a Security Operative,” disclosed Nzui Manto.

After receiving two bullets in the shoulder and ribs, Djomgoue Sharon later died at the Bonassama district hospital.

The Security Operative on his part took to his heels immediately after the incident. His whereabouts are yet to be known.
