The written part of the Cameroon General Certificate of Education, GCE Exams has virtually ended prematurely for two students who were knocked down Thursday in Mile 2 Limbe, South West region of Cameroon by a military vehicle.
Veronica (on the picture) and her friend who are students of GHS Limbe are under intensive medical care at a hospital.
A source said: “After writing in the afternoon we were heading home when some of my classmates took a bike. A military truck was coming from behind, and knocked them – immediately left the scene without even checking on them. The condition of the two students and the bike rider is really critical”.
Their parents now have the future of their education to worry about.
