The Full Gospel Church and the compound of the quarter head of Ntefinki, in Nkwen Bamenda were on Sunday September 25, 2022 the scenes of strange happenings, MMI has gathered

A wooden black statue was reportedly found infront of the church leaving christians in panic.

“With fear and surprise, a Christian who came to prepare the church for normal Sunday service discovered this statue and immediately informed the Pastor and the quarter head of the neighborhood “

Confused, christians of the church performed prayers and other rites before handing it to village authorities.

“After prayers and traditional incantations, the statue was taken to the Palace of Nkwen”.

The Parish Pastor explained that he and the church don’t have any problem with anyone.

While the Full Gospel Church in mile 5 was still to come terms with the strange occurrence,a similar story was reported at the compound of the quarter of Ntefinki.

A bag with fettish objects was seen hanging on the gate to his house.

“We woke up to see at the gate of the quarter head of Ntefinki quarter Nkwen, a bag containing items like eggs, fowl and other ritual items” ,a witness told MMI.

Men of God were reportedly invited at the scene for prayers, after which the bag was removed and taken to a dump site.

Eye witnesses say the items were then set on fire.

The quarter head was reportedly in Douala at the time of the incident.
