Samuel was shot at Old Simplicity in Ntarikon, a neighborhood in Bamenda II Sub Division. A message for them to stop working in the town was sent through him to the company, says a source familiar with the incident.

According to Nde N. a resident of Ntarikon, the suspected Amba boys are trying to stop the cleaning of the town. The situation, he said, is opening the way for cholera to step in.
