A man popularly known as Pa German Trench has been shot and killed at his German Trench resident in Mile 3 Nkwen, Bamenda, Northwest region of Cameroon, Wednesday, January 11, 2022.
This was when he tried to plead with a group of armed men suspected to be kidnappers from one of the armed groups currently operating in the Northwest region of Cameron who were about kidnapping a lady.
He is said to have intervened, trying to beg on behalf of the lady so that she is not taken away by the boys.
Little did he know he was going to be one of those to be eaten up by a struggle that was meant to rather protect civilians like them.
He was rushed to a health facility where he was declared dead.
