Some traders in Limbe, Fako division of the South West region have expressed delight in the construction of 61 new shops in the municipality. The project is a realization of the Limbe City Council.
The structures are meant to ease the burden on traders who had been expressing the need for such facilities. Many business persons MMI spoke to said , the new shops will make trading comfortable.
According to reports, the project which was initiated years back was suspended due to COVID-19 constraints. However works later resumed in the first quarter of 2021.
One of the beneficiaries of the new structures thanked the leadership of the Limbe City Council for putting the facility at their disposal.
