Popular Cameroonian Lawyer and Human Rights activist, Barrister Michele Ndoki has criticised the decision to sentence two men, ‘Shakiro’ and ‘Patricia’ accused of homosexuality. The politician says homosexuality is natural and a way of life.

The younger brother of Kribi 2 D.O has been arrested in Douala with his elder sister’s hand pistol. The D.O had previously had her driver and a mechanic locked up after accusing them of stealing the weapon.

CAMASEJ President Jude Viban has condemned the recent hostilities against journalists. He made the remarks after Anglophone Journalist, Tambe Adolf alias Big Mami Agatha was kidnapped yesterday by unidentified gunmen. The journalist was released late on Friday evening following calls from journalism associations and trade unions.

The Cameroon media landscape is today gripped in mourning following the death of Canal 2 International’s Journalist, Robert Charles Itok. The journalist died today in Douala, some three months after he got married.


Class six pupils in Cameroon have intensified studies ahead of the common entrance examination into Form One. The examination will take place on May 18, 2021 throughout the national territory.


The anthem and the mascot of 2021 African Cup of Nations will be made public tomorrow Saturday during a ceremony at the Yaounde Sports Complex . The minister of sports Narcisse Mouelle Kombi says the ceremony starts at 8:30 pm.


The international day of the family will be observed tomorrow Saturday. This comes at a time when some families in the Anglophone regions have been dispersed by the over four-year armed conflict. The family which is the small unit of humanity, the minister of women’s empowerment says, needs to be stable for the society to be stable and peaceful.

Dr. Dipita Pokossy Ndoumbe has been laid to rest in Douala. The director of civil cabinet at the presidency of the Republic Samuel Ayolo Mvondo represented president Paul Biya at the burial of the statesman.
