Two women killed & organs harvested: Community points accusing fingers at elites

Two women have been murdered with some of their organs harvested in the Nyong and Mfoumou Division of the Centre Region of Cameroon.

The incidents are said to have taken place the previous week within the space of three days.

The first attack reportedly took place in Monengombo where the victim was found dead with an empty rib cage. It was emptied by the attackers.

The second reportedly took place on Saturday, July 16, when another woman was fatally stabbed and her heart ripped out.

Meanwhile, accusing fingers have been pointed at the elites of this community since according to the locals, such organs are essential for certain dark practices intended to maintain different positions of responsibility in society.

However, investigations are currently ongoing to identify the real perpetrators of the acts.
