The University of Buea (UB), today, on March 14, 2024, took a significant stride in preparing students with sought-after IT skills by inaugurating its state-of-the-art IT Centre. The ceremony, which took place at the Dorothy Limunga Njeuma Amphitheatre, marked the collaboration between UB and DobreTech, a prominent IT training and consulting firm.

This exciting collaboration will provide students with practical, career-focused training programmes in the fields of Cybersecurity and Cloud Computing. These programmes aim to connect theoretical knowledge with practical experience, equipping graduates for success in the constantly changing IT industry.
