A lady in Ekondo Titi, Ndian Division in the South West region has given birth to a set of quadruplets. Etongwe Maurine and her husband lived in the bush like thousands of others displaced by ongoing violence in the restive Anglophone regions of Cameroon.
“When she was about to put to birth, I came to Lobe estate where I pleaded for living space from another woman” he husband, Peter says. Lobe is situated in the conflict hit South West Region.
Maurine says the kids are a real blessing to her, but she does not have the means to cater for the children.
She and her family have since been soliciting financial aid from persons of goodwill to enable them look after the kids.
